A refreshing tart and sweet cake. Recipe originally came from The Deen Brothers "Ya'll Come Eat" cookbook. I have changed it up slightly to suit my tastes. The directions said to follow the cake box recipe and gave the amounts for the eggs and oil but nothing said about water. My cake box said to add 1 cup water so if yours says to use less than use less. I also used more drink powder in cake mix and more concentrate in the frosting. I also added a few drops of pink food coloring to make the frosting really look like pink lemonade. Cheater tip: I have been using a 9x13 baking pan lately so I don't have to frost layers for time sake. Also, I have been using a can of vanilla pre mixed frosting and adding the lemon zest and lemonade powder to it. So much easier and tastes just as good.

A spicy and sweet pizza. Great for an appetizer or just a different tasting pizza. I make my own crust and make a large pizza so I double the sauce and toppings. I will write down a 12" pizza recipe though. This is great with some blue cheese dressing on the side to dip the crusts in or drizzle over the pizza.

These cookies were the absolute best ones I have ever tasted. They were thick but crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Every one in our group oohed and aahed over them so I had to get the recipe.

    Recipe #320529

This is a dish that I love to make for potluck dinners. I never bring any leftovers home, though. Often, I get several requests for the recipe. You can make this several different ways. You can make it and layer with corn tortillas or chips and bake it or you can make the mixture, heat it up in a saucepan and spoon over nacho chips or Tostitos. Rotel Tomatoes are canned tomatoes with green chilies and can be bought now in a mild or original flavor. Can get spicy sometimes. The "post a recipe" will not let me put in using 2 cans of rotels if you want more spice and to stretch the recipe a little further.

This recipe came from the livingproofministries.com blogspot of Beth Moore. One of her favorites. An often requested recipe in the Texas area..... Great for those potluck dinners that you want to make a great impression!

    Recipe #303394

We made this all the time when I was growing up. It originally came from the Pillsbury bake off book from the 1970's I think. We lost it for several years and I emailed the company and they sent it to me. It was one of my brother's favorite meals and when he came back from serving the Army in Iraq, we fixed it for him as a surprise. We never used the Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls like the recipe called for but would put it in a pie crust. Also, we left off the American cheese.

    Recipe #302497

This recipe was personally given to my sister by a chef in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was moving and told him that she would miss this dessert and he went and wrote it out for her to take home. You can easily halve this recipe if you don't want to make a lot.

    Recipe #302365

Got this from the newspaper years ago. So easy to whip up and have for breakfast or dust them with sugar before baking and have fresh strawberries and whipped cream on them.

    Recipe #300585

I usually am requested to make this for Superbowl gatherings. It is really good and very different from a standard cheesecake. Can't remember where I got this recipe from.

    Recipe #300578

A rich baked custard with a caramel sauce. This got rave reviews. It uses mascarpone cheese instead of cream cheese. Should be able to find it near the ricotta cheese, etc. in a main grocery store. Allow time for flan to completely chill. Time below is only for cooking and prep time. This dish sounds harder to make than it really is. Pretty simple to make!

    Recipe #300571

This is another recipe from Southern Living Christmas cookbook. These used to be my favorite cookbooks until recipezaar. A cross between pumpkin pie and pudding with a wonderful crunchy topping.

    Recipe #300510

Came from the Southern Living Christmas Cookbook. This is loved by adults and children so you might want to make up a double batch. Lots of the recipes that I researched here used the saltine crackers. These use the round buttery Ritz crackers. Makes it even more decadent!

    Recipe #300498

This fudge is soooo good and rich. Perfect taste of chocolate and coffee. For gift giving you can pour into mini loafpans, then slice each loaf and individually wrap in cellophane wrap and tie with a large ribbon. This came from Southern Living Christmas 2004. This is an easy recipe to make and I am not sure of the actual prep time because it depends on too many things.

    Recipe #300496

Recipe that is always requested for our holiday get togethers. Easy to make. Just mix it in the baking pan and then bake.

    Recipe #295481

This recipe came from a college friend. Thanks Cindy. We have used it for years. Easy to make.

    Recipe #293616

I would eat this recipe alone just for the topping. I usually save time by buying a brownie mix and baking it according to package directions. Then I add the good "stuff". There are enough regular brownie recipes on this site that I will not include the one that came with this recipe. I hear that this recipe is good for any time of the day, including breakfast : )

    Recipe #293614

This came from a Martha Stewart cookbook. Wonderful flavor. Almost the same taste as Malley's hot fudge sauce in Cleveland. I have been asked for this recipe a lot. I am REQUIRED to double it every time I make it! It is good even just taking it by the spoonful after it is in the refrigerator. Do not cook it too long though or it will become fudge.

    Recipe #293613

A friend brought these over to our house. They are easy to make and you can add just about anything to them that you want. Some ideas would be coconut, peanut butter chips, brickle, nuts, etc.

    Recipe #293551

A very tangy sloppy joe. Hopefully a different version than what has already been posted. Got this from my sister in law.

    Recipe #293549

I got these from a doctor's wife in Cleveland. She would mix these rolls before she went to bed. Let them set overnight. Get up and roll them out and cut them and then after church would bake them. You don't need that much time to make this recipe but it just shows the easy convenience of them. I have done these within a few hours. Just as long as the rolls have time to rise. I am often asked to bring these to dinners.
