This has to be the most delicious coffee cake I've ever had or made. It's very moist and full of warm spices. Perfect for the autumn season. My family just fell in love with it. Adapted from "two peas and their pod" http://twopeasandtheirpod.com/pumpkin-cinnamon-streusel-coffee-cake/

    Recipe #506547

This recipe is from the booklet that came with my Cuisinart ice cream maker. Of all the ice creams that I've made, this one has been the most popular with my "official taste-testers" (my kids, their friends and my husband). It's a delicious treat! I always follow the last step and place the ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for at least 2 hours before servings. It makes for a firmer consistency. We don't often have leftovers from this, but it will keep in the freezer for a couple of days.

    Recipe #379699

These little lemon cookies are melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed. This dough needs to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing and baking.

    Recipe #338672

This is our favorite recipe for stuffed peppers. I like to use red or yellow peppers. The kids don't eat the peppers, but they do love the filling. This recipe doesn't make quite enough, so I always double it. The leftovers reheat wonderfully. You can also make the filling and freeze it for a later date. When you pull it out of the freezer and thaw, you'll only have to prepare the peppers, stuff them and bake.

    Recipe #297819

My friend Liz made these meatballs for me and they're awesome! The sauce is so sweet and delicious. Liz said she often triples the meat and doubles the sauce and that they freeze and reheat beautifully. She often makes this dish for a new neighbor, a family that just had a new baby etc.

    Recipe #278201

I don't remember where I found this recipe, but it's a keeper! Quick, easy and very delicious!

    Recipe #277369

A very pretty salad - great for serving to company. My aunt made this for my son's birthday party and everyone just loved it.

    Recipe #277320

This is a great dip for veggies and crackers. I just love the fresh basil and lemon taste. I also use reduced fat mayonnaise and sour cream with great results. Originally from Southern Living. Make it at least 1 hour ahead of time to allow for thorough chilling and blending of flavors.

    Recipe #244574

I've just recently found that I love winter squash and have been on the lookout for new recipes. This is adapted from a Barefoot Contessa cookbook (you can't go wrong with the Barefoot Contessa). It's a great fall recipe and would be a wonderful side dish at Thanksgiving. Preparation is very simple, just a little time consuming with the peeling and cutting of the squash.

    Recipe #189194

I found this great recipe on the back of my box of Quaker Quick Barley. It goes together quickly and has a wonderful taste. It's healthy too!

    Recipe #189087

From Southern Living Easy Weeknight Favorites. We all love this.

    Recipe #182232

From a Johsonville advertisement. This is super delicious.

    Recipe #182231

This is a very moist and rich apple cake. I've made it for many years.

    Recipe #182230

This is from the box of Corn Chex cereal.

    Recipe #182229

These waffles are my kids new favorite waffles. They're delicious! They have a light texture and the pumpkin flavor is not overpowering. The serving size is for Belgian waffles, but they will work fine in a regular waffle iron also.

    Recipe #67930

This makes a delicious dessert that looks great! I saw it in Woman's Day magazine and they called for using Whoppers candy, but I used Oreos in mine. Cook time is for the 6 hour freeze time (but it may not take the full 6 hours for the cake to freeze firmly).

    Recipe #66404

My aunt makes this salad (it's also called fattoosh) and it's just delicious. It's a great make ahead dish. The cook time is for toasting the pitas and the chill time.

    Recipe #56045

This delicious recipe came from Cooking Light magazine. It's a very fresh tasting dressing!

    Recipe #56043

These are delicious, chewy bar cookies that are made with ingredients we always have on hand. They freeze well too!
