Super easy gravy to make and VERY tasty! I use this recipe to make chicken gravy as well. Can also be used to make a delicious gravy for roasts, just use beef broth instead of chicken. Came from my mom, as most everything does!
I adapted this recipe from Better Homes & Gardens. It is much healthier than pan frying fish and tastes just as good. This recipe works great on any fish fillets. My husband and I fish often and this works well with either frozen or fresh fillets. We have used it with trout, bass, and catfish.
My principal made this for a luncheon and it was fantastic! I begged her for the recipe- it is so easy and delicious! Great for showers! For the chicken, can use chicken breasts, but I use canned chicken breast meat from Costco.
I found this in a new recipe book and just had it for dessert. It makes two 6 oz. ramakin size, just perfect for my husband and me! It is not too sweet and a perfect little treat for after dinner! Super fast and easy, all my DH said was "DELICIOUS!!"
I found this recipe years ago and have altered it to its current state. It is the salad I take to pretty much every potluck event. Super quick and easy to make. You can add zucchini, red pepper, corn, onion and some fresh oregano if desired. The amounts are an estimate- put in more or less as desired.
These are wonderful for breakfast or brunch. Super easy to make and remind me of McDonald's hash browns! The recipe calls for grated potatoes, but I make with leftover mashed potatoes and it is sinfully good! If you use leftover mashed, just skip step 1 in directions. My mom made these all the time growing up and it is a good reminder of home.
A friend from work gave me this recipe when I was taking care of my niece and nephew. It is a HUGE hit with kids of all ages and a great alternative to throwing hot dogs in with box mac and cheese! My friend said it was all the flavors of a baseball park in one dish!
