This is a great sesame chicken recipe. Yummy. Next time I make it, I might not cook the chicken in the same manner to cut down on the fat/calories. But the taste of the sauce is great!!! Great "fitness" recipe. There are lots of ways to change this up and make them less "healthy". Like adding a few chocolate chips, nuts or fruits. Use your imagination. You can eat these like pancakes or take them on-the-go like cookies to keep from eating junk while out.
