I found this recipe on Pillsbury.com and revised it. Even my picky 9-yr old son liked it fairly well and my husband and I loved it! You can vary the add-ins to your taste or try it different ways. You could use sausage or ham instead of bacon, add mushrooms, etc. You could also top with a white gravy. This would be really good served with a fresh fruit salad!

    Recipe #406307

Yummy & easy! No special ingredients - uses ingredients you normally have around the house. Sour cream is one of the few foods that, in my opinion, tastes as good fat-free as regular, so I always use the fat-free sour cream. The cheap pop-open biscuits work fine too, but you can cut the fat further by using reduced-fat biscuits.

    Recipe #331272

I was looking for something different to make for supper, saw a can of baked beans in my pantry, and inspiration hit! My husband, my 9-yr old son and I all ate it up happily so I thought I'd enter it here for safe keeping. I used all store brand products, no fancy varieties. I cook up huge batches of hamburger, onion and peppers and freeze it in individual meal portions and with pre-cooked hamburger, the prep on this meal only takes about 10 minutes.

    Recipe #388559

This recipe is quick and easy to put together. I pre-cook my hamburger with onions and peppers and freeze it in individual meal portions - makes for extremely quick meals like this or spaghetti or some such meal. I use low-fat cheese and fat-free sour cream to reduce the fat (it still tastes great!), but you can use the regular kind if you prefer.

    Recipe #375231

This is quick and easy and a nice change from the everyday same-old same-old.
