Paulette Mitchell's. Have not tried yet, plan to soon.

    Recipe #63321

Paulette Mitchell's . If you'd like, add some cooked chicken or shrimp or substitute other vegetables (up to 3 cups total), such as the odds and ends of vegetables left over after preparing recent meals. The frittata makes a quick-to-prepare dinner or serve it for a hearty Sunday brunch.

    Recipe #63320

From a cookbook. Paulette Mitchell. Have not tried this one yet.

    Recipe #63319

From a local chef, I believe. If your time is limited, you can toss the salad with bottled Creamy Italian Dressing rather than making the dressing from scratch.

    Recipe #58895

Vert simple and tasty! (You can also do this in the oven if you prefer, Just baste the chicken and bake until done, basting occasionally during baking). Cook time is for grilling!

    Recipe #58894

    Recipe #58893

    Recipe #58821

A different way to eat your filet! Guessing on cook time because this depends on your preference on the "wellness" of the filet.

    Recipe #58819

    Prep time includes marinating time!

    Recipe #58818

I have not tried this yet but it was passed to me and looks very good. Serve this with grilled chicken breasts or diagonally slice the grilled chicken into strips and arrange them atop the servings of pasta.

    Recipe #58817

From a wonderful restaurant in New Orleans! Serving size is a guess because it depends on the size/weight of your ribs. Prep/cook time does not include the cooking time (slow-roasted time) for the ribs, it is only for the seasoning part and is also a guess. I have never made these but I HAVE tasted them many times at the restaurant. This is served there as an appetizer but you may serve as you wish.

    Recipe #58814

From a wonderful restaurant in New Orleans!!! PLEASE NOTE: Only use 1/3 cup of the prepared vinaigrette for the salad.

    Recipe #58813

Haven't tried this yet but it looks yummy!

    Recipe #57639

Very good! Been years but I will make soon! Prep time is estimated for soaking and icing prep!

    Recipe #57637

    Simply delicious!

    Recipe #57633

    From a New Orlean's restaurant!

    Recipe #57630

This is from a local restaurant that has since closed after MANY years. I came across the old cookbook during the move and thought it sounded good (I can't remember if I had ever eaten there).
