This recipe was derived from a delicious appetizer recipe for marinated shrimp with a lemon parm dipping sauce. We fell in love with the appetizer, and one night when I was bored with same 'ol chicken, I came up with this.
I found this recipe on a meal planning website. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds quick, easy and right up my family's alley! My picky toddler might even eat this - and if she does I'll be sneaking some veggies into her, too!
Interesting flavor. Not quite Indian...not quite Italian. Very tasty, though. We served with small side salad and baked potatoes. Would be delicious with rice to mop up the extra sauce. We used a pretty hoppy beer and it was very prominent in the final product. Next time we will use a milder beer.
