    I had to share this one. It's amazing. Just two ingredients and a spray bottle! I found this on and it's just too good not to post. You spray it on and leave it, like those expensive (and toxic) cleaners made for bathtubs. I have used it on everything that I would use a spray cleaner on and it is great. It's cheap, natural, and it works great!

    I make this soup with ground beef or venison. It's easy to put together and can be cooked all day in a crock pot, or an hour on the stovetop. We like this as written, so I haven't changed it much over the years. I do adjust the amount of tomatoes and corn depending on what I have on hand. I use frozen corn, because that's what we prefer. I've made this soup for three generations of our family, and it's still a favorite!

    These cookies are a tradition at our house. they make a lot, and the thinner you roll them the better they are. The dough is very forgiving, the more you roll out the scraps, the better they are. Make sure you have some "helpers" in the kitchen when the dough is chilled and ready. These are a really fun Christmas Cookie, and the mistakes get eaten quickly! Make sure you use plenty of flour to roll them out. We frost them or use food coloring and paint them with our special "cookie brushes". Makes a great hands on "cookie making day" for even the youngest bakers in the family!

    I've been making this for a long time. I got the recipe from a monthly newsletter decades ago! It is our favorite coffee cake. The kids and grandkids love it! It doesn't look fancy but the cream cheese makes it special.

    I have used this recipe for thirty years. It is from a 1974 cookbook called "Country Cooking". It was one of Southern Living Magazines books. I have been using oil in place of the butter that was called for in the original recipe for years with good results. The secret to this cornbread is a "screamin' hot" iron skillet, greased only on the bottom, and a hot oven. I serve this with chili, vegetable soups, and tex mex.
