    Recipe #399538

*After making 7 Layer Bars for a bake sale at work, I started thinking about how well white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts go together. Then I thought, "Hey!!! What would happen if I threw them together with some pineapple and coconut?", and this is what I came up with ... A refreshing tropical twist on an old favorite. Depending on how big you cut your pieces, you can get about 12 to 16 bars. I also plan on making these in a mini muffin pan, to get some little "tropical tarts"

    Recipe #377841

A delicious and simple dish. The original method of cooking is in a crock pot, which works great if you plan to eat it later or to take to a potluck, however, one night I didn't have 4-6 hours to wait, so I just threw everything into a large pot and cooked it on the stove in about an hour. Either way, the results were the same ... delicious. I have also substituted shrimp and steamed broccoli, which I cooked separately and added only during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Enjoy.

    Recipe #348506

I got this recipe from George Duran's- "Ham On The Street" t.v. show, on the Food Network. I have also substituted crisp cocoa cereal in place of regular rice crispy cereal, which made for an addictive chocolate mocha treat!
