These require a fair amount of preparation but they're worth it. They're great for entertaining a large amount of company, especially kids. Besides being absolutely delicious they're very easy to serve.
If you love mint then you'll love these. I always double the recipe 'cos the cookies freeze extremely well.
This is what you would call a relatively "healthy" square - makes cheating a little bit easier.
I hate making pie crusts, but love quiches. This is a great recipe for when you're too lazy or don't have enough time to make a crust.(Admittedly it does taste great with a crust too.)
This makes a nice change from "plain old" cheese blintzes. It should serve 6, but in my house I'm lucky if it serves 4. Perfect for brunch entertaining.
This is a very colorful, tasty salad, when you're in the mood for something a little bit different.
Great tasting chicken that's so easy to prepare. Great make ahead dish - 'cos its tastes better reheated. Can be frozen and reheated when needed.
This is a great addition to any green salad.
These are my daughter's favorite. They're so easy to make and they keep for months in the freezer.
Very rich, but trust me it's really worth the calories.
This is a great play dough recipe for kids.
This great recipe comes from one of the Australian Women's Weekly Cookbooks. I always make these when I want to treat my kids.
