    this recipe was given to me by a Chef in Charleston SC. You can make this with corn, clams, just potatoes, or even shrimp if you want! you could use roasted corn, frozen corn, canned corn. if you use shrimp you might want to saute them off a little first. if you use something other than clams for this recipe you will need to increase the water since you wont be using clam juice.

    this was the first quiche I ever ate or made all in one. In fact I posted this and the picture right after consuming 2 slices! I would have added mushrooms and spinach if I had them but this was yummy just like this.

    This is my variation of clearing out the fridge with what I had and it turned out great. The prepping time includes the soaking of the beans overnight, you can cut this down by using canned cannoli beans. I just love the acini di pepe pasta, its so TINY and really makes the soup This is a great way to take a small amount of ingredients and really stretching it to feed several people! Serve with some crusty bread and maybe a salad and a nice glass of wine!

    This is a sausage omlet for many made all at once! GREAT for summertime vacation! Just mix, set and go to bed! I use the sundried tomatoes since it will rehydrate during cooking. you can use fresh but recommend waiting until serving to top each serving with fresh room temperature diced tomatoes. You can use other meats if you wish, use some leftover ham, or crispy fried bacon. cooked turkey sausage. Add fresh sliced mushrooms or diced bell peppers! or how about a minced jalapeno! what ever you like in your omlet the choices are yours- just make sure any meats are already cooked.

    Going off of applebee's dish, decided to try my own version at home. This is made with a jarred alfredo sauce for quick meals, but of course homemade is always better. Feel free to use your favorite alfredo! For really quick meal use the precooked chicken slices you can find in the freezer section at your grocer freezer.

    This is from my favorite southen mayo (DUKES) for those who can't get it I feel for you. because when we lived in California I couldn't get it and I actually missed my mayonaise. But you can use whatever real mayonaise is your favorite. After attempting the original recipe I adjusted it since it just wasn't right. and this is now my version of thiers. Please enjoy!

    This just came to me when trying to figure out what to do with 1 lb of large shrimp and about 10 large scallops! I used what I had in the fridge, and if I had some fresh mushrooms I would've added them also that is why they are optional in the ingredient list.     Found this recipe and it makes for a great last minute what is in the fridge salad to go along with all grilled meats! It is great for a cookout or picnic. It can be a small salad or a large one. dress it up with what vefies you like to make it your own. Use crumbled goat cheese or the traditional bulgarian sirene cheese.
