    Recipe #378144

What a great breakfast replacement! easy and take it with you kinda shake. I don't like the taste of the regular plan protein powder shakes so this works well and taste great and doesn't kill your diet too much! If you don't want to use the milk then use all water. You can use less milk or all milk it is up to you and your diet of how much milk to use. I use the peach or strawberry bannana flavored yogurt. and use my magic bullet to make- great little device!

Found this recipe and it makes for a great last minute what is in the fridge salad to go along with all grilled meats! It is great for a cookout or picnic. It can be a small salad or a large one. dress it up with what vefies you like to make it your own. Use crumbled goat cheese or the traditional bulgarian sirene cheese.

    Recipe #378101

I watched diners drive-ins and dives and the once show had a wonderful looking pasta salad called Mama's Mac Salad that I just had to try and recreate, so here is my version! I used bow tie because that is what I had in the cupboard, the true Mama's salad uses shells, but use what you want or have on hand. The box said 6 servings- but once everything was cooked and mixed together it looked like more so I am guessing on the servings being 8.
