    My mother-in-law gave me a recipe that I had tried way back at the beginning of the marriage. I did a little Emeril and kicked it up a notch! You can too--just use hot sausage instead of regular and add more pepper! Use the jumbo stuffing mushrooms!

    My dad makes this better than me--it is his recipe of course. I had to guess at the measurements since he just says to add this and that. When you make this, judge how much spices you like to your tastes. This is really good with rice or smashed cream potatoes. Freezes well for later meals and can fit into your once a month cooking! Just make as directed and divide up into freezer bags remove all air and wait until the next time.

    A local seafood restaurant here has the best tartar sauce so upon my search for a identical one I finally found one on the internet that is so close it's scary. So creamy and good!     I got this recipe from all recipes, but sort of changed it to fit what I had on hand and we really liked it. So here is my version of the recipe--enjoy. I used a mixture of bow tie pasta and tri-colored spirals and it was better on the spiral ones. They seems to "grab" the gravy more.

    I love this recipe because it is simple, quick and tasty. The asparagus is tender/crisp. WE have also used feta cheese either with or without the parm cheese to twist the flavor a little- great! Since we are on a low carb diet this recipe really brightens up our menu.
