The marshmallows started out on the bottom and ended up on the top forming a thin, brown,bubbly topping. And the cherries, which were on the top, ended up on the bottom. I haven't tried this with other pie fillings but I bet it would be equally as good.
This is a great recipe to whip up on a weekday and with ingredients you usually have on hand. Finally a pork chop recipe that doesn't call for cream of mushroom soup. It doesn't look too great but it sure does taste good.

This is a simple but great tasting sandwich!! I think you could really whip this up with any meat/cheese combo. I made one the other day with roasted red peppers instead of onion - YUM!

I got this recipe off of southernplate.com website. I adjusted mine just a bit by adding cinnamon and nuts - just seemed wrong without but I bet it's great either way!! Look for edible glitter to add to this cake.
