Horseradish and lemon make a delicious combo for these baby new potatoes. Simple to make! Don't let the amount of horseradish scare you off....it cooks up very subtle!

    Recipe #57612

    Good and easy asparagus!

    Recipe #57611

I had a similar dish in a Chinese restaurant so I tried to come as close as possible. Amazingly, it tastes very much like theirs! Chops coated with a peanutty sauce and pan fried. They're good!

    Recipe #56365

Petite Brussels sprouts go nicely with this vinaigrette. Quick to make, easily doubled or cut in half.

    Recipe #56364

This is the simplest meatloaf recipe that made me a meatloaf lover! There is nothing fancy in the mix, but the flavor is wonderful. The mix will seem so wet that you will think you will not be able to form it, but you will. It also makes good meatballs, just add a little oregano and garlic and bake them at 350°F for about 15 minutes. Hope you like it as much as I do! We call it Aunt Millie's but Aunt Honey swears it's hers (so we give them both credit)!

    Recipe #56215

Simple rice with onion and red peppers. Allows you to leave it be while you take care of other dishes. Doubles nicely.

    Recipe #54087

Good marinate for fish steaks or chicken. Remember not to over-marinate your fish!

    Recipe #52529

Great marinade for fresh fish steaks.

    Recipe #52527

This risotto cooks up rich and creamy, nicely spiced, makes for a great side dish. Takes some time and lots of attention, but is worth the wait! This recipe was created for the Ready, Set, Cook! contest.

    Recipe #52378

Pumpkin and spice add a great flavor to pork sausage and potatoes. Delicious! Great as a main dish or a first course. Serve with good crusty bread. Enjoy!

    Recipe #52204

This is a recipe from my Grandmother's old recipe cards. I've finally made it and it is very good. Would make a great breakfast type cake, good with coffee or tea, some fresh strawberries, or ice cream. I've used both pecans and walnuts.

    Recipe #51786

The recipe title says it all, simple, yet elegant. Wonderful green beans using walnuts, goat cheese and balsamic vinegar. Simple company dish or great for those of us who like to eat as if we were having company! Reduces easily.

    Recipe #49901

Very simple potatoes that are tastier than you would think. They soak up the liquid and absorb all the flavor. Good, no fuss side dish.

    Recipe #49490

Made this one up myself, from a mix of different recipes. No need to wait for dry beans to soak. You get great homemade soup in about an hour!
