Roasted Eggplant on top of sauteed kale and cabbage. Vegetarian and vegan without the cheese.

    Recipe #417168

This is a basic Chicken Cordon Bleu with a carmalized apple topping instead of a traditional sauce. I used Canadian Bacon instead of ham because it is what I had, and it came out great. The bacon, swiss, and apple really go well with the chicken.

    Recipe #383658

Adaped from a recipe I normally use for brocolli. Really Really good sauce for Italian Sausage.

    Recipe #375364

Saw this on "Cook Yourself Thin", and gave it a try tonight my way, well with the stuff I had on hand. I love eggplant, so if you like eggplant you will like this. Good as a starter or main dish. Looks like you really know what you are doing in the kitchen. I can't wait till my new herb gardens grows to throw some fresh chopped bazil on top.

    Recipe #371256

I make salmon alot in my house, and this one is my favorite by far out of all the recipes I have tried. I think this may have been the first way I cooked salmon, and well you just have to try it. You can add garlic, lemon, dill, well just about any additional seasoning you want to it.

    Recipe #366053

Very, very nice dish. Filling and delicious. Hope you enjoy as much as me and my DH do. Top with your favorite sauce or have it plain. Great as an appetizer or main course.

    Recipe #365150

Chicken breasts stuffed with ricotta, onion, mushroom, and roasted red peppers. Nice filling meal that you propably have all the ingredients on hand. Good for a weekday dinner or dinner party. Enjoy!

    Recipe #364865

This is really really good. It is so easy but looks and tastes like you really know what your doing in the kitchen. Perfect to take for get togethers or a nice pizza alternative. You can use any kind of cheese you like, but I prefer cheddar.

    Recipe #358510

Adapted from one of my favorite tilapia recipes to work with cod, mixed with one of my favorite spices, fresh basil. You can substitute dry white wine for the broth, or half and half it would be best. This is a great white no fail fish dish for any night of the week. I do like to serve it with potatoes or spinach to help accent and absorb the sauce. Do not hesitate to use lemon juice from concentrate, for fresh lemon can be too strong. If using fresh lemon use half, then add more to taste.

    Recipe #349873

One of the best dishes I have ever made. This sauce is so wonderful, you can also do this with pork tenderloin. I did not have any fresh herbs on hand and substituted with dried, and it still was perfect. This dish is not only elegant but healthy.

    Recipe #349600

This is a recipe I forgot about, and I made it the other day for my husband and he said it was the best tuna dip/salad he had ever had. It is definately a favorite of mine as well. Not only easy to prepare but very inexpensive.

    Recipe #349266

I had beets for dinner after reading all of the health benefits, and they were hard to get down. I wanted to love beets so much because I think they may be one of the best things to put in your body. So I went online and read up on beet juice, then made my own. All I can say is wow, I will be making this weekly. If you are health nut like me you will love this. I recommend reading all about beets you will be amazed at the health benefits from them.

    Recipe #347840

I was making our normal salmon and sweet potato dinner and needed a green veggie. I wanted something different than butter and salt and was pleasantly surprised.
