This is a vegan cheese sauce from the 'Uncheese Cookbook' by Joanne Stepaniak. It's delicious.

    Recipe #413274

This recipe comes form the infamous "vegan corndog night" - a wednesday/humpday institution in SLC for many moons.

    Recipe #413247

Spread the love. A friend of mine uses this recipe with a white flour and corn masa mix instead of the white/wheat mix below and it's delicious. It's also suggested that you double (or triple) the recipe and freeze either the dough or the prepared tortillas. I will never buy tortillas again.

    Recipe #307876

Spread the love. Buying hummus is a big fat rip-off and with a recipe this easy and good I'll never buy again. Drizzle with a little of your favorite olive oil before serving.

    Recipe #307864

Great - nay - better made vegan. I usually only cook 10 or so of these and freeze the rest to cook later... or, more likely, eat in cookie dough form. I roll the rest into logs and freeze them in plastic wrap. It never lasts long.
