If you like spaghettie and omelets, then you'll like this one! This is another Maltese dish my mother use to make for us, its inexpensive and most people already have all the ingredients in their kitchen. The texture is crunchy and the kids will love it because the taste is also subtle. You can also use leftover pasta, broccoli etc. as this was what my mother did not to waste food.

    Recipe #356233

This is my variation of a classic Maltese dish which is usually done with thin steak slices in a tomato sauce. In this version you substitute the steak slices for chicken thighs and the tomato sauce for a white wine sauce. It makes for a rich tasty dish thats sure to please! The Italians and Germans have ther own versions which are also made with steak slices.
