This is easy to make and has a lot of flavor. It goes well with fresh salsa or pico de gallo. This was recently served at an office breakfast and everyone loved it. You should bake this dish only as long as it takes for the casserole to become firm, but remove it from the oven before the top of the casserole turns brown.

    Recipe #406726

These go very well with Spaghetti & Meatballs or grilled steak. I usually saute the mushrooms until the butter clarifies. You may substitute the wine and Worcestershire Sauce with white wine and White Wine Worcestershire Sauce if you are serving with chicken or fish.

    Recipe #402121

This is an easy-to-fix sandwich spread using Spam and Velveeta Cheese. My recipe does not call for onions, but some people do like to add chopped onion. I like to use bread instead of buns, because I prefer equal amounts of bread/spread. Use the buns for a bigger sandwich.

    Recipe #291628

I love comfort food and this fits the bill on cold nights. Note - I occasionally double the soup and milk mixture if I want the casserole to be a little on the soupy side.
