    This sounds different but when we tried this at a friends' party, I had to have the recipe. Light, fresh and very tasty - good for you even! Everyone there was going crazy over it. Serve it with heavy duty corn tortilla chips to avoid "chip failure". This is a great summer time appetizer and something out of the ordinary.

    This is a great light meal that can be prepared in a snap. Various things could be added to this to make it even better. Smaller or larger amounts of the ingredients can be used to suit different tastes. The original recipe didn't have the taco meat but we prefer it with.     The BBQ sauce on this juicy grilled chicken is out-of-this world! We "wow" people with this recipe every summer during outdoor entertaining. I always double the sauce recipe to have extra on the side for dipping. The original recipe calls for 2 small boiler chickens quartered but we prefer using bone-in, skin on chicken breasts. Slow cooking on the grill gives it the best flavor. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do - it's a favorite at this house.

    I've been making this as my Easter dessert ever since finding it in a 4/01 Taste of Home. The cakes should be made a day ahead, the flavor improves with time. This triple layer cake looks awesome and everyone loves the caramel sauce drizzled over the top. My only hint - don't make too much dinner because you WANT to have room for this delicious dessert.

    Great for BBQ season, this 4 ingredient marinade and sauce is perfect with pork tenderloin. I always serve with a ranch veggie pasta salad. (The sauce is really good on that too!) This recipe came from a '00 Quick Cooking. Cook time does not include the 4 hour marinating.

    Super quick and easy dip that tastes like you fussed. The amounts are approximate - you can make as much or as little as you want. The pine nuts could be toasted before hand but I've usually just throw them on. A pesto that we really enjoy is a Garlic and Basil Pesto with Sun-dried tomatoes but any will do. Have fun - this is a very changeable recipe.

    Since everyone seems to be doing the brining thing, I thought you all might like this roast. I got the recipe several years ago on the FoodTV network - can't remember which show. The low temp isn't a typo - it cooks at 250 degrees. The flavor and taste are exceptional. Great for a Sunday dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and Sauerkraut with Apples #53036 - this recipe came from the same show. Hope you enjoy - it's a favorite of ours.

    This recipe came with our crock pot instructions 15 years ago and it's been well used. We love coming home from skiing to a pot of stew. Another serving addition to this recipe that comes from my husband's grandparents, is to serve up the stew in a bowl and top with a scoop of cottage cheese and then sprinkle with seasoned salt. It sounds funny but is so.....tasty, I recommend you try it that way if you like cottage cheese. If you want the stew a bit thicker you can leave the lid off the last 1/2 hour or so and turn the heat up to high.

    Want a wonderful smelling house? Try this one out! Turkey dinner is the favorite at our house and we all like white meat the best. This recipe is so great and the juices make a superb gravy. This comes from '00 Taste of Home. I highly recommend it. The serving size and cooking time would really depend on what size turkey breast you are cooking. Please adjust accordingly.

    We have enjoyed these potatoes for many years. I will usually 1/2 the recipe for just our family and have also made this in the crockpot with great success. Adding some grated cheese changes the flavor nicely.
