This is a recipe that I put together after I had my son. At the hospital they served a dessert just like this and I had to recreate it. I made it low fat and low sugar. You could also add some vanilla pudding if you want, I hope you enjoy
This recipe is so simple and is really good. I love to make this on Sunday morning when the family wants a nice big breakfast and I just want to relax. Just put it all together the night before, and pop it in the oven in the morning!
