I got this recipe from the Contadina website. It is such a nice and creamy risotto. As a side dish it can serve 4 people easy and 2 people as your main meal. I love making this to have as a side for Osso Bucco or cabbage rolls. Posting here so I don't lose it.

    Recipe #414400

This came from Fresh Market. Once a week they have cooking presentations that they do and you get to sample what they cooked. This one Sat. was this and it was so delicious. Putting recipe here so I don't lose it. The wine that they used was called Diseno Malbec but I am sure any red would work. For the chutney they used the brand Virginia Chutney Company. Serve over garlic mashed potatoes or wild rice.

    Recipe #401001

Another Naples restaurant recipe I am putting here for safekeeping. I haven't tried it yet. The restaurant serves this with boiled potatoes.

    Recipe #400799

Can't remember where I got this from. But looks great on soups as a garnish and quite tasty too. Can be made a couple of days ahead and stored in airtight container with wax paper between layers

    Recipe #400770

This is a delicious recipe from Betty Crockers recipe card library from 1971. Posting here for a request. This is a flavorfull recipe that is inexpensive and quick to make. A delicious blend of cream of mushroom soup, Ketchup and cheese. My family loves this dish when I make it.

    Recipe #375668

I love this dish. So creamy and delicious. I can't remember where I got this recipe from. It is the one I turn to all the time. I have the ceramic scallop shells for this dish. You can also add a dash of cayenne pepper to the sauce

    Recipe #372864

I have had this recipe for a while now, I have combined a couple of recipes to suit what I was looking for. I find this recipe really good for company which is when I cook it. Very tasty. I use chicken legs but I guess you could sub it with thighs, I don't think breasts would work. Dark meat is best. Delicious with some boiled baby potatoes.

    Recipe #372469

This is such a delicious moist carrot muffin. I think it is fantastic with a cup of tea in the morning. I got it from the Taste of home site and am putting it here so I don't misplace it.. The best thing is you don't have to grate any carrots.

    Recipe #371594

I have some recipes for sauces my girlfriend gave me about 25 years ago. They are delicious on chicken and they are so fast to make. I had asked her at the time for some sauces for chicken and she gave me a bunch of them. I haven't made them in a bit but I remember them being delicious. Just putting them here so I don't lose them. Great as a dipping or drizzled over or even basting ...your choice

My cousin made these for me so long ago and they were delicious. I had to ask for the recipe and she was nice enough to give it to me.

    Recipe #366708

One of my favorite beef stews. The blend of flavors are really delicious.

    Recipe #366686

A recipe of mine I turn back to quite often. I love the flavor of it and it doesn't take very long to put together. And only one pot to wash. I can sit and just eat a plate of this.

    Recipe #366669

I really don't remember where I got this recipe. But I know I have had it for a very long time. I find it the most richest Lobster Bisque I have tried. To serve I swirl a little bit of sherry or brandy on top..absolutely wonderful. It is a lot of work to do but I find it so worth it. I have made it so many times that I really don't find it too time consuming.....just so worth the compliments that come with it. Time stated does not include cooking lobster if you get fresh. Personally I buy it cooked for me at the Market.

    Recipe #366051

I love this dish. I make it often for Company because they love it. Not the cheapest meal to make but oh so delicious every now and then. I just love the flavors. I have tried many recipes over the years and have just combined some to come up with what I like and this is the result.

    Recipe #365587

I have tried many recipe variations of this and I combined a little of this and a little of that to suit what I like. This is the one I turn to all the time. I enjoy this over a bed of large egg noodles called dumplings.

    Recipe #365124

I have over the years tried many of these recipes. I have adjusted so many to come up with my own. Everyone asks for this soup all the time. They can't get enough of it. I make them batches of soup and freeze it for them for their lunches. This is my favorite version. The longest part of this soup is making the tiny meatballs. I usually get the mixture ready at the counter then take it to the table to sit down and make the balls just to save some feet and back pain. But so worth it once you sit and have a bowl full of this wonderful soup.

    Recipe #364160

I received a few liqueur recipes from my girlfriend about 30 years ago. They are all delicious. Just want to put them here because my recipe page is fading and falling apart. I love making and better yet drinking these great liqueurs .

    Recipe #364106

I use to make these brownies all the time for my wee ones. My DD still wants me to make them often, but since she is the only one at home now and she is the only one that likes chocolate I don't make them every time she asks, because she eats them all up real quick. They are absolutely delicious, and so moist and flavorful. I really don't remember where I got the recipe from but I do know I have been making them for over 25 years. Not hard to make either even for a newbie. I personally do not put in the chopped nuts, it is totally optional, does not affect the outcome. No need for icing on these brownies at all

    Recipe #364090

I have had this recipe for so long I really don't remember who gave it to me. I like to enjoy a small sliver...okay a medium sliver with a cup of tea.
