The second in some liqueurs recipes my girlfriend gave me 30 years ago. This recipe came from Quebec as well, so there we can get "Alcool " which is what this recipe requests. It is basically a 40% alcohol. But I know you can't get that in the USA, not sure if they even have alcohol. But I had to put alcohol in the list of ingredients because that is all it would recognize. This is a delicious almond flavor liqueur to enjoy.

Another school recipe I need to add here so it doesn't disappear from it's sheets never to be retrieved again..... Love this recipe, so simple and easy to make. But wonderful in flavor. Sometimes if I dare I put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.

    Recipe #366219

Another recipe I got from a magazine of WD. Posted here to save it before it gets ruined on its paper. A delicious dessert especially when you pour a bit of the Vanilla-Rum sauce over it. Recipe is at bottom of directions for this

    Recipe #372504

I saw this recipe on Gordon Ramsey's show and searched on his site for the recipe because it looked so delicious. Putting here for safekeeping.

    Recipe #400774

My school recipe I am keeping on this site to not lose. After 30 years the ink is fading. I find this a basic simple banana recipe. Great flavor

    Recipe #366667

Another Naples restaurant recipe I am putting here for safekeeping. I haven't tried it yet. The restaurant serves this with boiled potatoes.

    Recipe #400799

I use to make these brownies all the time for my wee ones. My DD still wants me to make them often, but since she is the only one at home now and she is the only one that likes chocolate I don't make them every time she asks, because she eats them all up real quick. They are absolutely delicious, and so moist and flavorful. I really don't remember where I got the recipe from but I do know I have been making them for over 25 years. Not hard to make either even for a newbie. I personally do not put in the chopped nuts, it is totally optional, does not affect the outcome. No need for icing on these brownies at all

    Recipe #364090

My friend gave me this recipe to try. She was tired of the usual of butter or cheese over her brussels sprouts and came up with this. It makes a nice change.

    Recipe #366600

This is one of my High School recipes that I am putting here to keep. The paper it's on now is so badly fading. I use to make these so often for my brothers, they loved them. I can't read how many it makes nor can I remember. So I will make them for my chocoholic Daughter on her next visit from college and come back and fill it in. Time does not include cooling down time.

    Recipe #420544

I find this a nice dessert. Great chocolate flavor mix with the cream cheese. I found this recipe in the TV Guide 30 years ago and still make it today. My copy is getting weathered so I am putting it here for safe keeping.

    Recipe #387978

This is another of my school recipes I have had for over 30 years. Need to post it here before it fades for good on the paper. I really enjoy this simple cake recipe.

    Recipe #365193

I love this recipe. I have been making this for so long. I suppose it is the typical bean salad but I love it.

    Recipe #372490

This is a great batch of cookies to make for school bazaars or for your own home. Absolutely delicious, my kids love them. But this does make a large batch. I usually do half now and it makes 48 cookies. I vary the optional with coconut or chocolate chips or raisins. Sometimes I separate the batches and mix in chocolate chips in one and raisins in another.

    Recipe #360898

I have had this recipe for so long now. Not sure any more who I got it from. I haven't made it in a while, but I remember it being so yummy.

    Recipe #365222

This is such a delicious moist carrot muffin. I think it is fantastic with a cup of tea in the morning. I got it from the Taste of home site and am putting it here so I don't misplace it.. The best thing is you don't have to grate any carrots.

    Recipe #371594

I love this recipe. It has great flavour. I got this recipe from Cat Cora. For decoration I stick in the middle a few sprigs of fresh thyme.

    Recipe #295961

I have some recipes for sauces my girlfriend gave me about 25 years ago. They are delicious on chicken and they are so fast to make. I had asked her at the time for some sauces for chicken and she gave me a bunch of them. I haven't made them in a bit but I remember them being delicious. Just putting them here so I don't lose them. Great as a dipping or drizzled over or even basting ...your choice

    Recipe #368802

I love this dish. So creamy and delicious. I can't remember where I got this recipe from. It is the one I turn to all the time. I have the ceramic scallop shells for this dish. You can also add a dash of cayenne pepper to the sauce
