I tried this recipe at a church potluck. I stood guard over the salad bowl until I flushed out it's owner and scored the recipe. Hooray for me. Stalking pays.

    Recipe #283898

This is Martha's recipe. It was delicious and not too horrible to make. The best part is the super crispy, macaroon crust.

    Recipe #284747

Actually, I just call it "butt cake." That's just because it comes out of a bundt pan and I can't help myself. But really, this is a super easy recipe and great to serve to guests if you want to give them the impression you care. It works. That's how I came by it. I was visting a friend and I woke up to find breakfast waiting for me. "She loves me!"

    Recipe #311214

This recipe is made with whole wheat flour, no sugar, no eggs and no baking powder/soda. And it is all ooey gooey deliciousness. The trick? Bananas and maple syrup. And of course chocolate. What are cookies without chocolate? Nothing should be that healthy.

    Recipe #289104

These are good to the point where I don't believe they're healthy. But they say it's true. This recipe came out of The Complete Book of Cookies.

    Recipe #418931

This is a recipe that is better for people who are already familiar with Indian cooking and already have a stockpile of spices. But if you want to try it anyways and see just how yummy Indian food can be - then I'm not going to stop you.

    Recipe #280407

This is a tasty, cheesy way to serve rice. It's best in the summer, served with fresh tomatoes and a crusty baguette.

    Recipe #280736

This is a great "wake up" smoothie.

    Recipe #281264

I've never liked sugar cookies until I bumped into my in-laws after absconding with their son. Very convenient. These are nice and soft with a hint of nutmeg.

    Recipe #271893

I don't know why these cookies are so delicious. They don't have any exciting ingredients, just a lot of butter. The recipe comes from my Williams and Sonoma "Essentials of Baking" cookbook. I don't typically like "dry" or "sandy" cookies, but in this case, I can't keep my hands off them.

    Recipe #278900

This recipe is out of a cookbook called "Pure Dessert" by Alice Medrich. The emphasis is on "pure flavor," or, in this case, "pure lime" (a half cup mind you). Yum. The crust is buttery, delicious, crunchiness, underneath it all.

    Recipe #278154

I got this recipe from someone a lot healthier than me. It substitutes a date (or honey) and applesauce for the sugar. While being healthier, it also gives it the bread a wonderful, soft texture. This recipe was originally for a bread machine. I just doubled it and make it with my stand mixer. So if you want, feel free to chop it in half and throw it in your machine.
