A little peanut butter cookie with miniature Reese's Peanut Butter cups in the middle of them. Very easy to make, but a small recipe. They go quick so you might want to double it.

    Recipe #325845

I found this in a magazine. It called for fresh ginger, but since I did not have that I used ground ginger. The smell is wonderful and reminds me of molasses cookies.

    Recipe #325217

My boss had so many raspberries that she did not know what to do with them. She found this recipe and used them instead of the blueberries. They are wonderful. You only need 1/2 of the topping for one recipe. I hope that you enjoy them!

I was surprised when I first saw this recipe as usually Monster Cookies are made with huge amounts of ingredients. This one does not have flour, and I was told by the friend to use Quick oats other wise the cookies come out very dry. I used the medium size scoop from Pampered Chef to make these cookies. Very good!

This is so yummy. I have made this and brought it to work. Is there anything better than soup on a cold winter's day?

    Recipe #280345

I was given this as a gift one christmas, and enjoyed it. I finally asked for the recipe so that I could share it with my co-workers. I do NOT add the cinnamon or nutmeg.

    Recipe #279294

A very easy bar. I received this recipe from a neighbor. I grind the pecans and just sprinkle them on top. The chocolate chips can be adjusted for your personal taste.

    Recipe #268051

This recipe comes from my Great Aunt Eva. I like the simplicity of the recipe.

    Recipe #256361

This recipe came from my sister originally. If you actually use all the butter the recipe asks for, it can sometimes seem a bit much. I use triple O's for the pasta, which are not cooked. If your family does not like onions, mince them as fine as you can. I use Velveeta cheese that has been cubed.

    Recipe #256205

My sister shared this with me on a trip home. I know the ingredients seem like a strange combination, just give it a try. It really is so easy and tastes great!
