Okay there are probably lots of different versions of this recipe, But this one is the easiest your going to find! It uses up your leftover roast beef, and I have even used left over grilled steak. Serve it over egg noodles and it is sooo yummy. A family favorite of mine since I was a kid. Not sure where the recipe came from, but my thought is Canadian living from many, many years ago.
I grew up enjoying this recipe at my Grandma's house. Now I make it for my family! You will love the sauce poured over boiled potatoes...yummm
For this recipe you can use either spare ribs or pork chops, But I prefer the ribs!
These Muffins are so yummy. They actually taste like Butter tarts. I got the recipe from the LCBO magazine, I love that magazine!
This recipe was from a coffee shop in Huntsville Ontario. I made 10 muffins using the 12 muffin tin pan, but they say to make 6 large. Mine turned out great.
This pie comes from my most favorite Cook book by Canadian Living "Country Cooking" At my brothers wedding I made all the pies and my mom made all the cheesecakes. This pie got rave reviews, too bad I only made one! Very yummy and sweet....
Thought I would post this since I saw my rhubarb starting to poke up! Spring has been a long time coming to Ontario this year!! Just so you know, when this pie is taken to a potluck men will fight over last piece!!
This yummy main dish is my mother in laws recipe. It is for your crock pot. So you can get it ready and then forget about it!! It is so very yummy and you can serve it over rice or egg noodles. With a salad and some crusty rolls you are all set!
