These are super yummy! You can make them with regular flour if your not G/F! I personally like to bake mine so they are not as soft in the middle but it's a personal choice! I don't always include the 2nd egg yolk and they turn out fine. I love that this recipe makes 2 large or 3 medium cakes! These are my ultimate splurge!

    Recipe #301966

This is a super yummy, dense, rich, chocolate cake (it is almost like fudge). Although it is awesome just as a slice I think it is perfect with ice cream! It reminds me of the fudge chunks you get in high end ice creams. There is a very mild orange taste that could easily be changed if it's not your thing. Add your favorite topping (whip cream, coulis, whatever!)

    Recipe #300407

I know there are tons of variations of this recipe but in my house credit for them is given to my aunt Doreen. I decided to post the recipe because I always loose it! Now even I'll know where to find it.

    Recipe #290919

This is the stuffing I used in my gluten free ravioli. It turned out excellent so I figured I would share. This much stuffing filled a double batch of pasta.

Ok so this recipe is from Bette Hagman's Gluten Free Gourmet. It was so easy and yummy I had to share it with the rest of you. I made this into Ravioli and lasagna and both were amazing! I would recommend using a pasta maker because this dough is tough! It would be hard to roll by hard! I doubled, and tripled this recipe and it was fine. On it's own it does not make too much, maybe enough for 1 small lasagna. This is done best with 2 people...also a bottle of red wine helps the process!

    Recipe #263694

This is kind of like the creamy garlic sauce you can get from pizza places. I like it with the garlic raw, but next time i will saute it for a less harsh flavor. Just made this up in the fly tonight!
