These turn out big, crunchy and as my family likes to call them... Chips Ahoy on steroids. Hehe. If your oven fluctuates in heat, or runs a little hot, you may need to cover the cookies with foil halfway through. These are based on cookies found at the Once Upon a Tart bakery shop in NYC

    Recipe #280940

These turn out big, really big, a little chewy and amazing! Peanuts, peanut butter cups, chocolate chips and reeses pieces are great additions to the cookies. Hydra's favorite peanut butter cookie!

These are incredibly addictive tender and chewy chocolately, rich cookies. Great with M&Ms or a few nuts tossed in. For flatter cookies use margarine.

    Recipe #277114

Peanut butter and banana is a combo I eat nearly every day, I can't get enough! So I came up with a clever way to use up extra/left over hotdog buns, or my more desired version of a peanut butter and banana sandwich! A good alternative for vegetarians at a bbq or a fun lunch for the kids!

    Recipe #271773

One of my favorite breakfasts, easy and quick to make and they go fast! Some of my recommendations for a little twist (I mix and match!): -If you desire sweeter crepes, omit the salt and add 2 tablespoons sugar -Try spreading a little cream cheese before filling the crepes -Add 1/4 cup of fresh berries, your choice (corresponding to your yogurt flavor, I recommend strawberry, which should be thinly sliced) -Garnish with whipping cream is desired

    Recipe #265116

This is my own variation on the chocolate chip cookie and is a great crowd and kid pleaser! The cookies come out soft and chewy, and the snickers add the best twist possible, in my opinion! Use snickers minis, fun sized or king sized... just be sure slice them thin!

During the week I find myself super busy with college, oatmeal is one of my favorite snacks or quick fix meals in between classes and studying. This is my favorite quick fix. Of course you can sub the amount or type of fruit, those are just what I call for. So if you don't have one of the following ingredients, other dried fruit (like died dried apricots) are yummy too! Honey or sugar can also be subbed for splenda, but you will have to decipher how much for yourself. + The banana is my little extra touch, if you don't like banana, then feel free to exempt!

Nummy and moist! These non sweet muffins go great with heaping spoonfuls of jam or peanut butter! Great with savory meals, a snack or breakfast. Check out my variations on this recipe: Lemon Zest Muffins, Yummy Brown Sugar Nutty Muffins and Cinnamon Raisin!

    Recipe #263043

Like a cinnamon roll in muffin form! Well almost, haha. These moist and tasty muffins are variations on my Sour Cream Muffins. For extra presentation, crust the tops of muffin with cinnamon and sugar, yum yum.

Yummy moist muffins with a great twist. This is a variation for my Sour Cream Muffins. Great for breakfast, a snack, with tea and dessert! For some added flavor throw in some poppy seeds.

    Recipe #262730

Black and blue and smooth all over! Mix of yummy berries, banana and a little bit of dairy. Try with frozen berries and toss in a few ice cubes for a chillier treat. Or pour mixture into molds and freeze overnight for yummy home made popsicles.

    Recipe #258918

These little delights are so yummy and easy to make! (A real hit with cookie lovers of course.) I found this beaut on a cupcake blog some time ago, though I can't quite remember the site. I modified it slightly and totally recommend using a Betty Crocker's Super Moist cake mix. Try using chocolate cake mix and mint Oreos or special edition Oreos for a seasonal twist!
