    Recipe #452327

Very good way to use up those tomatoes! I made this salad one day trying to use up what I had on hand and it was delicious. I have made it several times since then!

    Recipe #443573

I had this at work one year as a co-worker brought it. OMG out of this world good. Salty and sweet! Luckily his mother was only to happy to share the recipe!

My mother in law makes the best snickerdoodles. She said she was given this recipe by an Aunt. Very delicious and easy!

    Recipe #442944

A special touch to chocolate chip cookies. I remember grandma's cookies were always just a touch better than the rest. I hope you enjoy these.

This is one of my moms version of baked penne. I have changed it some just to add a veggie after tasting one very similar at my local store. Now its a staple in the dish at my house. She also has started to add in some spinach.

    Recipe #439595

Easy meal I made up tonight. I have heard of lasagna roll ups before and have never tried it before. So I decided to just wing it without a recipe. This was my concoction. Hope you enjoy it.

    Recipe #433517

Creamy tasting soup that is sure to please. You can use half an half instead of heavy whipping cream if desired. People have different tastes so spice it up if you want. This is just a basic recipe. I usually add some shakes of hot sauce to the soup. You can also omit the sherry if you like. I have added cooked chicken and that was good also. You can change it up as I have said its just a basic recipe. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #426753

Nice rub for steaks and quick too. This is the only rub I like. A little sweet and hot at the same time. Yummy. Cooking time is for the steak to marinate in the rub.

Very good fried zucchini cakes. I got the recipe from Sandra Lee's money saving meals. It was very easy to make and a nice way to use up veggies.

    Recipe #425661

Baked ziti at its best. I use low carb pasta to make it easier for diabetics to enjoy but you can certainly use whatever you enjoy. See note on bottom of directions if you don't want to use heavy cream, as you can substitute milk. I got the recipe from america's test kitchen, but added ground beef with onion as that is how I like my baked ziti.

    Recipe #421504

This is one of my go to recipes when I want to make something that is filling and comes together quickly! If you don't like spicy, watch it on the crushed red pepper. I usually turn it into a casserole and use the oven method, but you can make it in the skillet and be eating in no time! Cooking time is based on eating if directly from skillet and not putting in the oven to make it more of a casserole. This is one of my mothers passed down meals.

This is a quick, healthy and tasty soup. It makes a big batch! If you want to add meat to enhance flavor, I have added cooked browned italian sausage or cooked italian linked sausage and cut them into chunks. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #418104

This is a good recipe for a day when you are going to be in and out. I have made it and let it cook longer, but the meat fell off the bones, if that doesn't bother you, then certainly let it cook longer. :) I have added onions and sliced bell pepper and that comes out really good also, I served that over rice. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

    Recipe #414805

I make this dish for my family mostly in the summer to not have to turn on the oven, but its just as tasty in the winter months! I wanted a mexican dish one day and just threw together the ingredients I had on hand, and it came out pretty darn good! I sometimes add sliced black olives and jalepenos if I have them.

This intro is from the 1937 recipe. Our first swiss steak recipe appeared in 1930 and was seasoned only with salt, pepper, onion and mustard. Over, the years, the ingredients have changed to include more flavorful items. With todays recipe you can take your choice of of range-top or oven method. This is a very tasty recipe. Sometimes going back to the basics is just the best! Recipe says to serve over rice or egg noodles.

    Recipe #408713

This is a good alternative to your regular pasta. I have used hidden valley ranch brand and others, all were great. I do like the fiesta ranch the best in this recipe. This is a recipe that comes together quickly. You could add warm cooked chicken chunks to this recipe for protein in the meal.

This is a quick easy meal for supper. I have added a tomato sliced and seeded and that was really good too. You can season the pork while sauteing but its not necessary. Of course the taste will vary depending on what barbecue sauce you use. I like this with thick and spicy barbecue sauce. Something different and kids like to wrap their own! I also have used chicken and it is equally just as good!

Healthy little dish that tastes so good. Kids love to be able to make their own! There are a few recipes on here that are similar but not exactly the same. My kids would make this for me on mothers day. Awww, the memories.
