Experiment! Turned out pretty thick but good.
There is probably a smarter way to make this, like making the sauce separate, but I'm a big fan of one dish meals.
Also thought of adding a can of chopped green chilies.
Partly inspired by a roommate and my own need for something sweet without much effort. Of course very easy to adjust for servings. 1 half sandwich is plenty for one person, but I won't blame you if you want a whole one.
This isn't breakfast exclusive, but it's very easy to make for those mornings before your coffee is done brewing. All the measurements are loose, because this is made on a single piece of toast, so you can eyeball how much you want/need. Also, you can put whatever seasonings you feel like on it. Sometimes I put crushed red pepper flakes on there. This is single serving, but I think you can manage to make more than one! Enjoy.
