    Again inspired by what I read, TRUE! Asian dishes do NOT have to be high in sugar too! So simple, easy to make, Definately healthy for you and your family sake http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/chickenandturkey/r/mooshuchicken.htm NOTE: Substituted tamari to lessen the salt content Freshly grated ginger and garlic does make a difference but can use jarred as well HINT: I put the cabbage into the food processor in pieces and pulsed slowly until desired consistency; can slice into 1/2 inch strips HINT: Next time I would finely dice the chicken into fine strips MARINATE is first 6 ingredients NOTE: If fresh shitake mushrooms are not available, can use rehydrated ones; pour warm water over for 30 minutes with towel over the bowl; drain before use NOTE: Portion size is personal preference NOTE: Can use chicken breast as well

    Always inspired by the internet and what I read, TRUE! This one is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO simple, easy to do! NOTE: I used an egg ring, which makes the burgers 100 grams (when cooked) for 2**, (made 18 burgers!!!) Served on a bed of greens, caramelised onions (with spritz of balsamic) and homemade roasted peppers, this gets the WHOO HOO!     ALWAYS inspired by what I find on the Internet, TRUE! LOVE the EASE and simplicity too! HEALTHY, nutritious, simple as can be! This "inspired" (and slighly changed) DIABETIC FOR DUMMIES COOKBOOK RECIPE by ALAN RUBIN is a DEFINATE keeper for ME!!! NOTE: To make the strips easier to do, I cut the chicken breast square to start too! One inch strips, than between baking paper, lightly pounded away, HOPING this recipe WILL make your day! Used FRESH herbs as does make a difference too! :) Original recipe says to place under broiler for 8 minutes; when pounded thin, can fry in heated pan (no oil) for 30 seconds each side until light brown, saving HEAPS of time too! PREP time does NOT include marinading overnight :) NOTE: I used chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips about 4 ounces each NOTE: I added some spinach at the end until it wilted for extra colour and serve of veggie too :) WHOO HOO!!

NOTE: Can also be made with beans, TRUE! If interested, on the link liisted you can find it too! NOTE: Have not made to date so servings and prep is not exact YET, Will someone make these soon? YOU BET! NOTE: Some of the ingredients listed is personal taste, TRUE! As are "a pinch" of or any combination/taste that you like too! Parsley is chopped, tomaotes have a preference to remove the skin, I think with this recipe, it is certainly a win! NOTE: Make sure to use starchy potatoes too, As will enhance/create the outcome you want for this recipe and lastly "GOOD LUCK TO YOU!"
