Posted for ZWT6. Vietnamese Hot Sauce.

    Recipe #425437

Delicious side dish, good use for summer vegetables!

    Recipe #399211

This yummy salad dressing recipe came with some gourmet salad dressing jars that I got for Christmas. I love the complex blending of sweet, spicy, and vinegar flavors. I would recommend refrigerating at least overnight before enjoying so that the flavors have time to blend.

    Recipe #418016

    Iranian salad posted for ZWT6.

    Recipe #428050

Posted for ZWT6. Adapted from norway-hei.com This sauce has lots of possibilities, easy way to add zing to salmon or veggies (artichokes and broccoli suggested)!

    Recipe #426638

Posted for ZWT6: Great Britain. Adapted from Gourmet magazine. Stilton is a British blue cheese, if you can't find it, I imagine that regular blue cheese could be substituted.

    Recipe #429033

This is my own creation after buying some white Stilton with blueberries on impulse and having no idea what to do with it! We've also tried this with white Stilton with mangoes, apricots or cranberries, all wonderful! This is more of an idea than a recipe, so feel free to substitute nuts, fruits and dressing to taste. I've also used strawberries and almonds with this. *Note: White Stilton is different from regular Stilton, it is not a blue cheese at all because it has not gone through the process that causes the blue veining that gives blue cheese its distinctive taste. I would describe it as kind of like feta but a little sweeter, especially with the addition of the fruit.

    Recipe #421345

Posted for ZWT6: Great Britain. Stilton cheese is a British blue cheese. Adapted from Bon Appetit. The shrimp can be prepared up to 8 hours ahead of time and chilled on the baking sheet.

    Recipe #429030

This recipe is a modification of a contest winner from Near East for original couscous creations. We omitted the green onion for personal tastes. I've only made it once, and it was a little bit bland using just the ingredients below, but was improved by putting some more lime juice on it. We will also try adding more cayenne pepper next time.

    Recipe #259094

Posted for ZWT6, adapted from Christian's Danish Recipes.

    Recipe #426649

I'm looking forward to when Colorado peaches are in season again so that I can make this delicious pie! This one uses apricot Jello in the filling. Prep time does not include time needed in the refrigerator to set.

    Recipe #401200

Nice change from boring everyday hamburgers. The original recipe also calls for 1/2 tsp salt, but we don't use.

    Recipe #400571

Posted for ZWT6. Adapted from norway-hei.com This is a traditional Norwegian Christmas dessert, a little lighter than others I've seen posted because it uses half and half instead of whipping cream. Total prep time does not include the time needed for the mousse to set.

    Recipe #426644

Incredibly rich side....not a recipe for dieters, but it tastes absolutely heavenly! Adding a little cream to the leftovers and stirring will help the leftovers be creamy.

    Recipe #400732

One of my favorite dessert recipes from my mom. *Note: If you'd rather use a 9x13 inch baking dish, just double the recipe. The prep time does not include the time needed in the freezer between making the layers of the pie.

    Recipe #400216

Posted for ZWT6, this sounds fabulous! Adapted from godutch.com The amounts for the salad greens and arugula seem low to me, I will probably add more when I make this. You can substitute the nectarines for strawberries, blueberries, and/or apples if desired.

    Recipe #424718

    Recipe #425434

This recipe is a modification from the winner of a couscous contest put on by Near East. We left out the green onions. We also used grape tomatoes instead of regular to add flavor. Very good!

    Recipe #259099

Posted for ZWT6: Middle East. Adapted from Bon Appetit.
