I couldn't reallly find an egg roll recipe on here that i liked, maybe i didn't search hard enough. But I've been tinkering with different ingredients and this is what i like! Not too chock full of veggies like the one's at the restaraunts!
My mom grew up with her grandma making this for special occasions. She finally found a recipe just like her grandmother's a few years ago on the internet and was sooo happy to have it back!!! This is from the Southern forum on about. This DOES not have cream cheese in the icing or coconut, if that's what your looking for keep on a looking.
I grew up eating this, I never had the kind out of the jar until I went to a friend's house and it was sooo gross tasting to me!!
I can't even eat the ones at restaurants! This is the only one for me! Recipe can easily be doubled.
I got this off the food network site. I haven't tried these but my hubby loves fish and chips. He grew up overseas and used to be able to get them regularly. I showed him several recipes, including zaar ones, and this was the one he said to make!
When I lived in Panama the fishmongers came to your door with their ice chests. You could actually buy corvina or even already made ceviche from them for like a total of $2. This is the only recipe i've come across that DOES NOT have tomatoes in it!! the fisherman's ceviche NEVER had that in it and any store down there never had it in it that i can remember. now on to an empanada recipe.. (Cook time is refrigeration time)
I Got this off of Food network's website, and like it soo much i thought I'd post it!! I like the orange idea instead of using lemons! This was on his English cooking episode. There were about 3 roast chickens listed, but this one looked and tastes the best to me!!
