    Came up with this fiddling around in the kitchen. It pleased a very picky eater and was really cheap to make with things I had around the house. I served this with killian's irish red and corn spoon bread muffins (recipe from the zaar).Hope you enjoy it!

    so,you like banana? you want them flambe? ill give you flambe. this takes less than five mins and you can get rid of the lingering bananas that you have around the house before they go bad. you don't need any fancy chief tools either which is good. i was fiddlin' around in the kitchen today and this is what i came up with.
