Printed on the bottom of my ceramic quiche pan. I love this quiche and would like to share with others as well as being able to access the recipe when away from home. Great for brunch or afternoon tea. Can be eaten hot or cold.

I saw the idea on a cooking show but could not locate it anywhere online so I decided to experiment and came up with this recipe. It is so simple that I probably shouldn't post it but it is a nice accompaniment to many dishes. With the Pomegranate Arils the dish just sparkles and is very festive looking.

A great accompaniment to all varieties of Indian curries. I use dried mangoes which are easier to find and much more convenient to work with. Sweet onions are a great addition and add to depth of flavor.

The cake was inspired from a picture in a Bride's magazine and I created the recipe for my daughter's wedding. There are several steps that can be done a day ahead with the fruit topping going on last.
