I had some carrots and really like blending things, so I made some soup

    Recipe #338422

My take on Cuban-style black bean soup

    Recipe #338357

Adapted from a few different recipes, my third and first successful attempt at Thai food. This dish combines some of my favorite flavors- peanuts, limes, and cilantro.

    Recipe #308117

Another recipe using my favorite ingredient: beer. This turns out to be extremely savory, so savor it! The addition of other vegetables like carrots or celery would probably enhance the dish, but when I made this I didn't have any on hand.

    Recipe #249227

Sometimes I have the habit of cooking things there is absolutely no need to cook because they are readily available everywhere. Here is my pasta sauce- I like it better than store bought. It's even more awesome if you use fresh tomatoes instead of canned sauce!

    Recipe #248859

One of the culinary wonders of Spain- here is my recipe which may or may not be too authentic... When I was there studying abroad, my spanish host mom showed me how to make it. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where the recipe I wrote went. This is how I make it now, and it turns out pretty great every time! This is the basic recipe- to this you can add meat (like sausage) veggies (like spinach) or more spices (like oregano and basil).

    Recipe #248857

I bought some mint at the store, and I heard that it went well with lamb. Here is the recipe I came up with- it worked out really well, very savory and delicious. I'm sure this would work on any cut of lamb, too!

    Recipe #248850

This is my first attempt at my own chili recipe - it's simple, it's vegetarian, and there's beer in it! Just put it in the crock pot (or in a pot) and let it go.
