Fresh gilled asparagus spears w/ a splash of olive oil & Parmesan cheese. Simple & refreshing. A great side dish for a summer barbecue! (I don't really measure this recipe but this is my best guestimate. Please let me know if measurements seem off & I'll make it & measure my ingredients.)

    Recipe #453688

If you love hot appetizer dips you must give this one a try. A delicious hot artichoke/crab dip that will leave your guests raving! It's very easy to make w/ just a few simple ingredients. Can easily double recipe, depending on desired serving.

    Recipe #351859

Two of my hubby's friends were visiting and I was unprepared for dinner. I didn't have much in the fridge and had no time to run to the store. So I decided to whip up a tasty casserole, considering you can put almost anything into one. It was a big hit. Everybody LOVED it & there wasn't a bite to spare! It was manly enough for them, yet enjoyable for kids too.

    Recipe #288417

My husband & I were feeling under the weather & longing for some comforting hot soup. I started craving my friend's grandmother's home made stew but couldn't get a hold of her, so I just threw together some ingredients that sounded good. My husband & I REALLY enjoyed it. I served it w/ hot home made bread. It truly satisfied our craving & did wonders for our cold.

    Recipe #205426

If you like DEEEELIIIICIOUS authentic clam chowder...like grandma used to make...then you will LOVE this. I cooked it for my husband & he just couldn't get enough. He is from the east coast & said it brought back fond childhood memories. For delicious and beauitful presentation serve in a bread bowl.

    Recipe #204813

We rummaged though our kitchen & conjured up this delicious dish. It is more of a "Mexy twist" Feijoada. We cooked it in the crockpot & it was very simple. The preparation time was minimal. The hardest part was waiting for it to finish cooking. As one knows, crockpotting wafts throughout your entire house.
