This is a delicious salad that I found in a Taste of Home magazine. Taste the salad and add an extra splash of red wine vinegar and salt if needed. I sometimes even add a bit more crushed red pepper when I know people that like spicy food is going to be eating it. You could even add a jalapeno if you'd like.

    Recipe #424341

My sister found this recipe in a Taste of Home cookbook. We both made it for our families and all the kids gobbled it up and my kids won't touch potato salad. My husband who is a potato salad fan said it is a keeper. The recipe calls for 4 cups of potatoes, but we both used about 5 cups and best if refrigerated several hours until cold. I also put the chopped onion in the bottom of the collander and drained the potatoes into it to take just a little crip out of the onions.

This has been in our family for many years. This is a very refreshing salad. If you want you could even add chicken to it to make a full meal. I serve the crushed ramen noodles on the side, otherwise they get soggy and I usually toast them in the oven at 400 for about 5-10 min, just till they get a little brown. Watch them carefully, they can burn fast after they are brown.

This can be made into a main dish by adding shrimp or chicken. This is a quick side dish that tastes like it took a lot of time to make. This dish also makes a lot.

    Recipe #375722

My family really likes this recipe. I usually double the recipe except I don't double the lemon juice (It'll get too lemony). I do also add canned mushrooms.

    Recipe #375716

My kids really enjoy these potatoes. You can adjust your own heat with the chili powder and pepper. These especially go well with anything on the grill.

    Recipe #375711

This is a quick dish that my whole family enjoys.

    Recipe #375701

This is a fast and easy meal and not to mention delicious. If you feel you need more heat in this chili, you could add more cumin or chilies/jalapeno or even a can of rotel with chilies for the diced tomatoes. Cook time is an estimate for prep and cooking.

    Recipe #375676

This is my favorite combination for a guacamole. It's easy and doesn't require a lot of ingredients to make a delicious guacamole. When picking an avacoado, make sure it's not too ripe. It should be a little soft, but not too soft and make sure there's not a space between the avacado and the skin. Keep the pits to put in the guacamole, it helps so it doesn't turn brown too quickly.

    Recipe #374488

My mom has made these ever since I was little. We usually make these with crab meat, but you can use canned shrimp if you'd like. These are very easy and quick to make. I will sometimes make the mixture ahead of time and then just top on crackers and bake.

    Recipe #374445

These are so yummy. I made them for our teacher's year end party and they disappeared as fast as I could make them. I don't know how many pitcher's I made, but there was quite a few. Theses are also very easy to make.

    Recipe #374444

This is a very refreshing salad that everyone seems to enjoy. You could even add chicken to this to make a one dish meal. I got this recipe several years ago from TOH. I like to chill the dressing for a little bit in my Pampered Chef salad dressing bottle that has a stir in it. I Hope you enjoy it. Prep time is cook time and is approximate. It's fairly quick to put together.

    Recipe #361507

I got this recipe from TOH several years ago. My copy is just about unreadable, so I'm posting here for safe keeping. I made this several years ago for Christmas and it is very delicious. The kids in our families really enjoyed it also as they all like mushrooms, cheese, and black olives. Prep time is approx. I hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #361450

I got this recipe out of a TOH issue a couple years back. My two year old always calls it Chinese. This is very quick and very delicious. My kids just eat it up. I make it with rice (with added dried garlic, dried chives and garlic salt) with the extra sauce poured over it. Add any veggie to your liking. ** Sometimes I do need to double the cornstarch and water**

    Recipe #361447

These patties are good and quick. My family enjoyed these. The bacon gives a little smokey flavor, with the addition of the tomato gravy for a little zing.

    Recipe #286304

I found this recipe in one of my Taste of Home cookbooks. It is very easy to make and my husband said this is a definite meatloaf keeper.

    Recipe #286218

These margarita's are really good. They are also very quick unless you plan to make a day ahead to let the flavor's blend together more. Corona Light seems to be every one's favorite beer in these margarita's. If you find one better let me know!! Enjoy!!

    Recipe #285460

I found this recipe in my mother's conglomeration of clippings and "lost" recipe's. I think this is from a home ecconomics class that my sister took in high school (it looks like her writing). I'm so glad I found this. I told my mother, I'm sure she's going to want this recipe back. This is a delicious stir fry and simple to make. I slice the beef and onions and marinate for a day or two (turning occasionally) and I double the marinade. Then, when ready to cook your meal is ready in less than 30 minutes. If you want a thicker sauce, add a little cornstarch to thicken at the end of cooking.

    Recipe #284929

This is a different kind of salsa. It is kind of pretty looking. Those who can not handle a lot of heat in salsa enjoy this. I always get requests for the recipe when I make this. I always make it a day ahead of time and I usually double the batch.
