This is a recipe that I got from a little recipe book from Old El Paso. I just added the home made chili to it. I have also used beef in place of chicken. This recipe is also good with low fat and no fat cheeses and sour cream. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!

This recipe was handed to me by a long time friend. Its good, not over filling and different. I think it would be a good "any time" soup.

I made this about like the recipe for parfaits. Again with the jars which I think is a great idea. Take them about anywhere and not worry about them. Course you can use parfait glasses too. These are good and seem to be filling too.

    Recipe #277379

Looking back in my book I found another good one from "Taste of Home Quick Cooking". I don't own parfait glasses so I use half pint canning jars instead; besides it comes with its own lid. This recipe will be very versatile in that you can change to most any flavor of pie filling. These would be great in the summer and there is no cooking so it won't heat the house!

This recipe was given to me by my Grandma In-Law several years ago. It's been an all time favorite in our family for years now. I only had one red potato when I was making this recipe but I also had 1 yam. So I used it just like the red potato and it was every bit as good! So now I make it red for him and oranger for me!
