Apples and tangy orange dressing makes this chicken salad the main attraction. Cook’s tip: A 2-pound rotisserie-cooked chicken can be used to prepare this recipe, if desired. You may also want to top this with “Recipe #220615”.

I got this recipe from Pampered Chef, and have used it to do a cooking show. Makes lovely, dainty, and delectable petite pastries which are embellished with quick "candied" orange zest. It's been awhile since I made these, so I don't remember how long it took to assemble, so the times might be off. If you come up with a different time, please let me know so I can update the times. **Cook's Tip: Sliced peaches or nectarines can be substituted for the strawberries, if desired.

A very rich chocolate brownie. Be careful when you start eating, you might find yourself unable to stop!

A nice twist to a Chicken Cobb salad. To get grilled flavor in every bite of this salad, cubed chicken is threaded onto skewers, brushed with barbecue sauce and grilled.

I found this recipe years ago (don't remember where) and it's my favorite beef stew recipe. I use low sodium tomato juice because otherwise it's just too salty.

My grandmother made this dish for every family gathering. Not only was it good as a side dish, but it's excellent as a morning treat.

I don't remember where I got this recipe from, but my late husband loved this ham and always looked forward to dinner on the days I made this.
