I actually made this as one of those dinners where I hadn't been shopping and used what I had in the kitchen. It is actually our very favorite mac and cheese and I've tried many.

    Recipe #162689

This is a Korean dish that I used to eat all the time at this great little corner restaurant when I was in college. It took me a really long time to find a recipe for it, but I finally found one. This recipe is from the Moosewood restaurant which is a vegetarian restaurant, but you can add chicken, beef, or pork if you want. ( I do ) Pork adds a really nice flavor to it. I just slice it in thin strips, and saute with the veggies.

    Recipe #86440

This is a great recipe to make in the summer if you're like me and have an abbundance zucchini from the gardens of all your friends.

    Recipe #69064

I saw this recipe on one of the shows on the food network. My husband loves mussels so I decided to try them. They were wonderful! Even people that aren't crazy about mussels love them like this. Definitely a winner!!

    Recipe #68086

This recipe also works great with pork chops, steaks, chicken, and salmon.

    Recipe #67436

I found this recipe from a "Women's World" magazine. You could use this stuffing for any seafood you like, but it works great with shrimp. It's very easy to make, and is definitely a hit.

    Recipe #58892

This recipe is so easy and really good. The sauce will thicken while it cooks, and it can be served over any meat, or by itself as a side dish. It's especially good over beef.

    Recipe #53724

This recipe came from my best friends mother-in-law, and she made it for me when I went out to visit her. The beans thicken it while it bakes, and the flavors blend together wonderfully. It's very hearty, yet low in fat and calories. Served with warm fresh french ( or Italian ) bread, it's delicious!!!
