2 ingredient cake, 2 ingredient frosting, light and fluffy and very lemony! Similar recipes here but nothing exactly like it. One of my Hubbys favorite desserts!!!!!

    Recipe #487622

    Fluffy coconut cookies, like angels!

    Recipe #486963

3 Ingregient "Rings of Fire"--Onion rings, Tapatio Hot Sauce (or your choice, I like Tapatio the best), and AP Flour. What a ZIP to a burger, when put on as a topping with lettuce and fresh tomato and some Monteray Jack cheese. YUMMY and LOVE the Rings of Fire. Good as a side too, with a burger, with Ranch Dressing Dip or Salsa. I prefer using a sweet onion with the hot zesty flavor to mellow together. Sweet and Spicy and GOOOOOOOOOOOD!

    Recipe #481387

Does anyone use those celery stalk leaves anymore other then decoration? Save the leaves, the part you cut off the tops and bottoms(minus the hard root part). Freeze them and when you have about 2 cups of both, dry them, grind them and mix them with salt, regular or sea salt.

    Recipe #477640

Very simple, light vinigrette. Fresh lemon juice is a must though. I got this from a magazine, tweeked it with what I had onhand and it is DELISH! Calls for panchetta drippings or bacon drippings, I had neither so used 1 teaspoon BaconSalt Peppered. Omit pepper if you use the BaconSalt Peppered. Made a salad, had some leftover fried chicken breast and diced that up on salad with this dressing. VERY GOOD! GOOD COOKING! :)

    Recipe #460221

3 ingredients, microwavable, GOOD! I found this recipe somewhere, but I go to SO many recipe sites, I can't remember where. This is a VERY easy, VERY good, VERY quick, single serve cake! Your choice of flavors. I prefer Chocolate! The 3-2-1 comes from 3 tablespoons cake mix, 2 tablespoons water and 1 minute in the microwave. You can make it a little bigger by adding more cake mix and a little more water to cake battter consistency. I made this for the hubby and he loved it! Going to try other flavor cake mixes with it too. Made the chocolate cake and topped it with sliced sugared strawberries! Whipped cream, ice cream and toppings, even icing would be good toppers!

    Recipe #455416

Cubes of potatoes smothered in a warm bacon vinaigrette dressing. This is very good. Similar to a warm German potato salad, but better I think. Something different for a nice side dish for dinner.

    Recipe #445879

This is my version of a recipe called Southern Snowballs, from Paula Deen. I liked her recipe, but decided to make it more what I was looking for in ease of the recipe and taste. I like the flavor and crunch of toasted coconut. Paula's is very good, but try this way. You might like it better! I do!

    Recipe #439530

This is a vinegar based cole slaw I put together with stuff I had at home. It has a lot of ingredients, but they meld together to make it an unusual tasting slaw with zip. Very simple ingredients and very good. I can even see this on hot dogs or a Primanti style sandwich, with beef or pastrami, fries and this slaw. Haven't tried it on sandwiches yet, but if there is any left, sandwiches will be on the menu soon.

    Recipe #437253

Potato soup in a rich ham broth. Good on a cold night! My Grandmother always made her potato soup like this. She was born in Southern Virginia in the mountains. I never had a creamed potato soup until a few years back. Always had it this way.

    Recipe #437101

I love hot wings, but not always so vinegary. I also love Flamin' Hot Funyuns. So, I combined them for an easy Hot Wing with a little twist of flavor. 2 Ingredients--Loads of flavor!

    Recipe #435753

A dessert Pot Pie. Imagine apples caramelized in brown sugar and butter with soft pieces of crust served with warm whipping cream over top. This is awesome.

    Recipe #434466

Instead of dipping your Hot Wings or celery sticks, into either ranch dressing or bleu cheese dressing, why not just take a forkful of this after your bite of Hot Wing? This is even good mixed up with diced chicken or turkey for a sandwich. Only, you might want to cut the celery a little smaller. I don't especially like Bleu Cheese, so I am putting it as optional. Chill time is cooking time, since nothing is cooked.

    Recipe #392432

Round Steaks braised in dark beer, with onions and mushrooms. I have also made this with venison and elk steaks and it is great.

    Recipe #387929

Easiest and tastiest Mexican Rice, with only 4 ingredients including water. I was hungry for Mexican Rice one night, and didn't feel like waiting for over an hour chopping, sauteing etc., then have to wait longer while it cooks. So I came up with this quick and easy recipe for when I get the hankering for this after a long days work. Quick, simple and GOOD!

    Recipe #324627

Oniony hard pretzel pieces for snacking. Great for watching football, parties, picnics and get togethers. Hard pretzel pieces covered with dried Onion soup. DO NOT use any other pretzel version except hard pretzels, broken up. They just do not come out as well.

    Recipe #314737

French Toast at its best! Just substitute French Vanilla Coffee Creamer for the milk. You can also substitute Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Low Fat Flavored Coffee Creamers, or ANY Flavored Coffee Creamer in place of the milk and have a different french toast flavor everytime. Don't use powdered versions of Flavored Coffee Creamers for this. It must be the liquid version. Serve with maple syrup or fruit spread, warmed. Fresh sliced fruit. Dust with powdered sugar if you like, as well. And of course, dot with butter before your other topping choices. You can also get a loaf of French Bread and do thick slices, cut a pocket in the middle, put fresh fruit of your choice inside and follow the rest of the directions and have Stuffed French Vanilla Toast! I have used sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, black raspberries(I like the flavor better but they are hard to find, unless you live where they are grown). Fresh sliced Peaches or Papaya or Mangoes are good. Blueberries are good, even peeled and sliced oranges are good and top with warmed orange marmalade. I usually use the fruit I put inside as my topping. Sometimes making a simple heated fruit/juice and sugar syrup. It's ALL GOOD, any which way you make it! I love the versatility of the different flavors and since I love French Toast, something different every time I make it, is a real treat! Haven't found a flavor I DON'T like yet!

    Recipe #311910

This is not your typical grilled cheese sandwich. It takes some time to mix together, but the end results are really good. You can use it for more than just a grilled cheese sandwich. This can also be melted slowly for an awesome dip. Top a bowl of chili with this mix. Mix it with cooked macaroni for a different mac and cheese, but amounts will have to be adjusted to your "cheesy" taste!

    Recipe #304216

Fresh greens, your choice, topped with fresh sliced strawberries, fresh chunked pineapple, fresh blueberries or blackberries, and fresh sliced bananas, topped with a coconut dressing. Light, cool, refreshing.

    Recipe #303326

A rich glaze of honey and ketchup with baby onions or slices of onions. Good over hot dogs and hamburgers, for something a little different.
