    I found this on a low carb website and it is very good. Sometimes I use the cinnamon, other times I don't. It tastes good even if you aren't a 'low carber'. The picture was taken using 2 lbs of beef stewing meat! Thanks for the comments to use 2 lbs, it's much better!

    I found this recipe by Giada De Laurentiis on foodtv.com. I have never made mussels or clams and I was delighted with the results. Do not omit the basil, I think it adds a lot to this recipe and make sure you have the warm, crusty bread to dip in the broth!

    This is the real deal, just like at the all you can eat Chinese buffets. I found it on a web site called blogchef.net and Bobby is the poster.
