Simple and delicious sauce you can add to your favorite stir-fry. Lime gives it nice kick you can also add fresh ginger if you like it. I use this sauce for chicken stir-fry. This makes about 1 cup of sauce but you can double the recipe for more sauce.
I am well known for my pancakes so I am posting the recipe for others to enjoy them. They are so easy to make from scratch forget about premix! I make these every week for many years and it is still our favorite breakfast that we are looking forward to it! We like them with raspberries and blueberries.
Best rice crispy treats I ever had. Easy to make and kids love it. My DH isn't crazy about peanut butter and loves coffee so I use coffee granules instead peanut butter and what a great treat for adults!
So simple and so delicious. I often make these in a big batch and put them into clear bag with nice ribbon and give them as a gift. People are always impressed. They are great on salads, desserts or just as a healthy snack.
I have got this wonderful recipe from my good friend. It is bit different with additions of apple chunks and grapes. They give to these salad bit of sweet and refreshing taste. Great for sandwiches or in roll-ups. Make sure you use good quality mayonnaise I use "Best Foods real mayonnaise" brand.
Homemade fried rice is so much better than take-out. It's not so difficult to make and you can put in whatever you like. What is important, and a lot of people don't know it, is to always use cooled rice or day old rice and you won't have any problem making very good fried rice.
Dumplings in my country are like apple pie in America. Everybody likes them and there are hundreds recipes for them. My mom makes one huge and steams it in a napkin for an hour. I tried to speed up cooking process in microwave. It takes only 10 minutes and it's hard to tell a difference. We enjoy them with grilled chicken breast and mushroom sauce.
Delicious soft almond cookies with hint of lemon zest. You can use orange zest as well. Perfect with afternoon tea or coffee. I make them as a stick shape and dip one side into a chocolate. Great as a gift too.
