Amazing bread and so easy to do. Very little labor involved. I make the dough in bread machine on dough cycle 2h.20min. Then shape it into a loaf and bake it in the oven for more crispy crust. I use LSA mix which are grounded linseed, sunflower, almond meal. From Nu-Vit company you can find the bag (200g) in supermarkets in healthy sections. Or just the ground flax seeds would work.
We don't buy pizza anymore. Homemade is so much better. If you like thin and crispy pizza roll out dough so is nice and thin.
I make this pizza dough in bread machine but works well by hand if you don't have bread maker.

We make these delicious crescents every year for Christmas it is our family tradition. We call them Vanilkove rohlicky in my country and everybody knows them. You can use ground hazelnuts instead of ground almonds. I use almond meal which is same. The dough itself is not too sweet but icing sugar on the top makes them nice and sweet. The secret to a creamy rice pudding is lots of liquid and short grain rice - arborio. You may think there is too much milk in the recipe but trust me it works! Stir once in a while to prevent rice from sticking to the bottom.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg just before serving. It is delicious warm or cold.
