I made this from an Australian cookbook. Very easy to make. All I needed to do was boil potatoes. The rest just needed to be added!

    Recipe #57534

Very easy to put together. A salad and some crusty bread to go with it and you have a whole meal in no time!

    Recipe #57532

Posted in answer to a request. It is said that it helps keep diabetes in check.

    Recipe #54547

Posted in answer to a request. It seems a little cumbersome, but believe me its worth all the effort! The filling in this recipe is the most basic, and the commonest one of them all, but you can use your imagination and make your own spiced up fillings....minced chicken, mutton, lamb, peas, mushrooms....whatever :)

    Recipe #52784

Spicy, perky and very easy to prepare. Served with raita or a mint chutney, these go very well with Naans and Tandoori rotis, but taste equally good with a hearty salad and bread rolls. Prep time includes marination time of one hour.

    Recipe #50529

Spinach is not one of my family's preferred vegetables but when made this way, it becomes a very popular dish on the table!

    Recipe #49538

Strange as it may sound, broccoli is one of the more exotic (and recently made popular) vegetables now available in India. Not quite adopted into our Indian cuisine, one has to create and find innovative ways to cook it. I generally tend to just steam it and use it in salads. This one is to be had raw, after having been marinated overnight. A great idea for the relish tray.

    Recipe #48024

Prep time includes marination time. A permanent item on the table when the flavor is Chinese! It freezes well, although there's never ever left to do so! Also, as a variation, I often follow the recipe till the marination and frying, while omitting the rest, and serve them as chicken fritters for snacks. Goes very well with drinks too!

    Recipe #47876

Soft and succulent....can be had as part of your meal or as an any time snack! Serve them with raw onion rings anf fresh lime Prep time includes marination time of 4 hrs and 50 mins.

    Recipe #47751

This is an indispensable masala in most Indian homes. Amazing flavor! Use it to pep up just about anything!

    Recipe #47560

A great favourite in my house. Very quick and very easy. Even if I do not have ready chicken stock, I use 1 cube of chicken taste maker for every 2 cups of water and altogether omit chicken. Tastes just as good!

    Recipe #46800

Brrrrr....something to take the chill off!

    Recipe #45155

A variation of the ever popular french fries. Very crunchy, very tasty and very addictive! Enjoy!

    Recipe #44900

Hot, spicy and very fresh! Eat it as a dip to anything fried. 'Pakoras' taste particularly good with it.

    Recipe #44176

An Irish colleague of my daughter's gave her this recipe. She simply calls it 15s! Read on and you will know why! These are great things to make especially at Christmas as they are colourful and go a long way.

    Recipe #44077

These are 'any time snacks' and taste particularly good on a cool rainy day with a hot cup of tea or coffee! Enjoy!

    Recipe #43662

Posted on a request. Its really very simple to make!

    Recipe #42772

    And here's another one.... :)

    Recipe #42565

My mom received many kudos for making this dish many years ago. Never very good at describing recipes, she vaguely gave me directions. I have been making this now for many years but its the first time its been properly written down. I'm sure, were she around, she'd be happy now to give it to anyone who asked for it!

    Recipe #42499

Amazing low cal salad! Created by my sister and now a great favourite at all our pot lucks! Goes well with all barbequed meals.....tastes very good with other dishes too!
