Saw this one floating around - haven't tried yet.

    Recipe #473475

Found this recipe floating around the internet in several forums; haven't tried yet, but will soon. The notes the author put up were as follows: "This mixture is useful in any recipe where you'd ordinarily use sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand.) Recipe #461506

Found this one on livestrong - haven't tried yet, but plan on doing it soon, since I'm trying to work my way up to a low-carb magic cookie bar recipe... XD

    Recipe #461505

I use light or low-calorie bread for half the carb count (but still readily available and reasonably priced at your regular grocery store). This is a really easily recipe, quick to whip up, with items I usually already have stocked in the pantry!
