This recipe is adapted from one I found online posted by Sisters Cafe which said the original recipe was by Paula Deen. I changed up the recipe to make it vegetarian and it received rave reviews from everyone.

    Recipe #485213

I found this recipe online provided by the Junior League of Oakland-East Bay listed as "Meyer Lemon Curd". I could only find Sunkist lemons so they had to do.

    Recipe #485088

This recipe was given to me by my mother and I'm not sure where she obtained it from but she usually makes it around the holidays.

    Recipe #469266

Lean Cuisine came out with a new line of snacks and I picked one up on sale $2.75 (regular price was $2.95). Inside the package was 2 small tubs of dip and 2 half slices of pita bread for 2 servings. I enjoyed the snack; however, I felt like it was rather expensive so I decided to create my own. I purchased a package of Kangaroo Pita Pocket Bread from Kroger for $1.99 (10 precut pockets).

    Recipe #464417

Traditionally a Philippine dish, it goes well with a Chinese menu.

    Recipe #342175

I obtained this recipe from my mother so I'm not really sure where it originated. It has been a holiday tradition to make these cookies each year.

    Recipe #342173

This was created when I was making potato salad and didn't have the ingredients I normally added. I like to have color in my potato salad and always added a few radishes to add some red in the mix. I was out of radishes so I added what I had - tomatoes. I received rave reviews for the salad that day and also the next time when I included the missing radishes in addition to the tomatoes. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family and all our friends do.

    Recipe #328267

This is a hearty soup that makes a meal. Serve with crusty bread. I'm not sure where it first came from only that my mom has always made it and everyone always loved it.

    Recipe #327144

Everytime we visit Nanna's house she will have a pot of her famous tomato simmering ready for us to enjoy. She has had this recipe for many years and we only know it as Nanna's Famous Tomato Soup.
