I am not a big fan of pancakes, but my family is. We had some buttermilk in the fridge to use up, so this is the pancake recipe we made. Some I made plain and some we added blueberries and bananas to. Makes 16 large pancakes.

    Recipe #389158

I have been pulling some really big zucchini from my garden... like over a foot long. So kitchen experiments have taken over my life. This is my new favorite. This COULD be a main dish.

This was my first success ful cheese cake. I was skeptical but it was fantastic. Its really easy because I used a pre made graham cracker crust. I did all of this in my food processor.

    Recipe #352094

I got a pop over pan for Christmas. Wow, I can't belive I didn't have one sooner!! This makes a dramatic addition to any meal. They are light and airy. You can also use a muffin tin but only pour batter in every other cup. Also, do NOT open the oven during cooking or you will lose the steam.... and the POP! The batter can be made the night before. I made these with cheddar, chive and slalmi but you could use just about anyhthing you want.....

    Recipe #347515

Quite possibly the best cookie I have ever made..... EVER and the easiest! They were chewy and delicious. The plate of cookies didn't last 2 hours. I used a pastry bag to get these on to the cookie sheet, but you could use a plastic bag and cut the corner off if you don't have one.

    Recipe #345803

Welcome to heaven. This is one of the best desserts I have ever made. They are like Magic Bars but with different ingredients.... stuff I had left from Thanksgiving brunch. Just a tip, I found it easier to spread the raspberry jam after I had stirred it up a bit first. This is some tasty stuff right here!

    Recipe #341027

A friend of mind gave me a bag of apples, so I came up with this recipe. It came out looking like a magazine picture. No leftovers on this one!

    Recipe #329225

Saw this on TV... changed it a little bit... tastes fantastic. Perfect on a rainy and cold Sunday afternoon. Make this at least 2 hours ahead of baking time... it needs time to soak up the liquid.

    Recipe #329078

A recipe I have recently found in my Grandmother's recipe box. This is a lovely way to enjoy spinach in a new way. Goes great with an un-oaked chardonnay.

    Recipe #312850

I just recently introduced Paul to Bok Choy. He had never even heard of it. I was really happy with his reaction. I thought this was delicious.

    Recipe #312770

This is one of my favorite pasta dishes. I don't make pasta very often, but whe, I do, I load it up with veggies to cut down on the guilt. I never use frozen veggies for this dish because I find they get mushy during the cooking process. It seems like a lot of ingredients, but it really is quite easy.

    Recipe #312768

What do you do with 4 slices of leftover prociutto?? I'll tell you... you make breakfast! What an easy and delicious breakfast treat. This will TRULY impress house guests, but can be made on the fly. I made these in a regular size muffin tin, not mini muffins! When you line the muffin tins with the prociutto, it doesn't have to be perfect... the meat will crisp up and hold its shape, so removal is easy!

    Recipe #312665

Simply delicious! This is a recipe from my grandmother's friend Betty Russo. she is the most amazing baker and I LOVE when she comes to visit. Betty always leaves me begging for the recipe..... and then about a week later.. the recipe arrives in the mail. This is a simple cookie. You could add different extracts to change it up a bit... anise would be great, or even lemon.

    Recipe #311913

This is a fantastic and simple way to prepare asparagus! I don't think I will ever go back to just plain steamed asparagus. Prociutto is expensive, but this recipe doesn't use very much. And its TOTALLY worth the expense. This could be a fantastic first course or a side dish

    Recipe #311327

Yum Yum Yum. Another summer time dessert to die for! I saw this on a TV show and changed this up a little. Super easy and elegant all in one. Cooking time is chilling time. HINT: Creme de coconut can be found with the bar accessories.. like margarita mix.

    Recipe #308388

I put this in the crock pot before work sometimes. Its nice to know there is a hot meal waiting for you at home. After a busy day, its a welcome treat! I used a boneless pork loin roast but any cut will probably do. At the end, take some of the liquid and make a home made gravy to complete it. Then all you need is a loaf of crusty bread and VIOLA!!! Dinner
