A wonderful way to kick off the winter season. This is a family favorite. You could top this with either a white sauce or a red sauce... both work very well. This recipe can easily be doubled. I like to make this on a Sunday night and let it sit overnight and then I don't have to cook on a Monday!

    Recipe #251341

Another great way to start a fantastic Saturday or Sunday. This is a weekend breakfast when you know you won't be having lunch... you won't need it after this. I use my pannini grill for this, but a regualr fry pan will work too

    Recipe #251074

Have you ever used Fenugreek? If not I highly recommend it. Thats what gives this ahi tuna that little something in the background that makes you wonder. It has almost a maple flavor but is used in alot of curries. I love it. Penzeys spices sells it online.

    Recipe #250081

Man oh man is this good. I made this last night for a party where we watched the Yankees beat the Red Sox. Everyone loved it... even the Boston fans! I would use a Spanish wine like a Tempranillo or a Rioja, but Beaujolais works as well. keep adding ice as it melts. When it runs out, just pour in more wine and continue the party!

    Recipe #249571

Another of mom's old school party recipes. I love this one too. You can make the balls ahead of time and freeze them and then just bake them before you need them. Great YUM factor

    Recipe #249157

This is a great recipe to make ahead and freeze until you are ready to use them. My mother used to make these for parties when i was little. They are so easy and delicious! for different variations, try hot sausage.. or change the cheese

    Recipe #249155

My dad used to make this for me when i was having a bad day. Its like a short cut to a tuna casserole. You could also substitute fresh broccoli for the peas

    Recipe #249153

I learned to make this when i lived in Santa Cruz. It was a breakfast staple in my house for a long time. I know chillequilles is something completely different, but this is what we called it. I like to add hot sauce and black olives to this as well

    Recipe #247103

I made this for dinner last night and it was fantastic. I did not cook the pasta either.

    Recipe #246836

I got this idea from a cooking show and made it for a 10 year old birthday party. The kids LOVED it and I even had to cut up the base of it so they could eat that too!

    Recipe #246282

I bet you think all spinach dips are the same... NOT SO! This one is really tasty. We put a dollop on a cherry stone clam this weekend and grilled it. WOW!! You can do a million things with spinach dip. You could use white wine instead of vermouth... I just didn't have white wine when I made this... I DID have vermouth. No need to defrost and drain the spinach.. it just works

    Recipe #246272

One morning in Portland, Maine, I found the PERFECT egg sandwich and rushed home to create in my own kitchen. I use a pannini grill for this, but you could use a grill pan as long as you weighted the top while cooking each side. Bacon is optional but I think it adds alot of flavor! Be warned... this is a really filling breakfast. Don't expect to be hungry for lunch!

    Recipe #245528

This recipe takes the cake!! I love it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Best with fresh blueberries, but frozen will do too. Always coat the blueberries in flour before adding them to the mixture. I don't know why, but my mother taught me that.

    Recipe #245523

This recipe is tasty and delicious! I usually serve this in flour tortillas (warmed in the oven) with Mexican rice, shredded cheese, sliced olives and sour cream. Kids love this stuff because they can assemble it themselves at the table. You can make this as hot or mild as you prefer, just adjust the amount of hot sauce.

    Recipe #245520

You really could use this on any number of things... tri tip, skirt steak, flank, vegetables, chicken... whatever. Its just so good. If I am using it on beef, I like tomarinade for at least 3 hours. Cooking time is marinading time

    Recipe #245504

This recipe might sound strange... who ever thought of using mayo on a grilled cheese instead of butter?? Try it, you'll see. It makes a great crunch on the bread. And you can use fat free mayo... I don't think fat free butter exists. I haven't found a cheese I don't like with this sanwich. You can also switch up the meat.

    Recipe #245503

One of the best things about summer is fresh veggies. This is a delicious salad without myo so it lasts at outdoor parties. Best to make at least and hour before serving so the veggies can absorb the dressing.

    Recipe #245254

Limoncello is so tasty to bake with. You need a food processor for this recipe. This is the best cheesecake I have ever made!

    Recipe #245079

I got this recipe from a Betty Crocker contest and I love these. I could a million of these. Very easy and so delicious

    Recipe #245068

Puff pastry is so fun to cook with! I like to make this as an appetizer. Puff pastry always looks so elegant and guests always give me a "How did you make this" reaction. It also makes a great lunch on its own. Always be sure to fully squeeze all the water out of the spinach. Other wise the whole thing will be a pool of mushy goo! For extra flavor, try adding 1/3 cup sauteed onions.
